INGREDIENTS for Vanilla Almond Granola

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup Daily Crunch Just. Sprouted. Almonds.
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds 
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • pinch of salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 300F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine old-fashioned rolled oats, almonds, and chia seeds.
  3. In a separate measuring cup, add almond butter and maple syrup. Heat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds then stir until well combined.
  4. To the oats, add in almond butter mixture, almond extract, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix everything together thoroughly. 
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking sheet and evenly spread out.
  6. Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool. Enjoy!
