The Sweet & Spicy Sichuan Salmon Bowl elevates our beloved salmon rice bowl to new heights of flavor. This protein-packed dish combines tender salmon with Sweet & Spicy Sprouted Cashews and Edamame. Moreover, it's incredibly easy to prepare, making it perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

First, we start with perfectly cubed salmon, marinated in a mouthwatering blend of coconut aminos, sriracha, honey, and sesame oil. Then, we add aromatic garlic and fresh ginger to enhance the flavors. Additionally, this marinade infuses the salmon with a delightful balance of sweet and spicy notes.

While the salmon marinates, we prepare the bowl's base with fluffy rice and protein-rich edamame. Furthermore, we add fresh ingredients like crisp cucumber, creamy avocado, and fragrant cilantro to create a diverse texture profile. These elements complement the salmon beautifully, adding freshness and crunch to every bite.

Sriracha Mayo

  • Mayo 
  • Sriracha 
  • Honey 
  • Spoonful sugar
  • Rice vinegar 

Directions Sweet & Spicy Sichuan Salmon Rice Bowl:

  1. Cube your salmon and season with coconut aminos, sriracha, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and fresh ginger. Allow anywhere from 10 min - over an hour to marinade. 
  2. While the salmon cooks your rice and edamame. Then chop / slice your cucumber, avocado, and cilantro. 
  3. After this make your sriracha mayo by combining mayo, rice vinegar, sriracha, honey, and a spoonful of sugar. 
  4. After you are done preparing your bowl pan, sear the salmon in olive oil or sesame oil to taste. Cook until browned on the outside. 
  5. Assemble bowl with toppings & enjoy!
