  • Radish 
  • Micro Argula 
  • Shallots 
  • Burrata 
  • Olive Oil 
  • White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt  
  • Original Daily Crunch Almonds

Directions for Snap Pea Salad:

 

  1. Rinse and slice the snap peas, radish, and shallots.

  2. In a bowl or on a platter, combine the chopped veggies, micro arugula, and fresh mint.

  3. Tear and scatter burrata over the top.

  4. Add a handful of Original Daily Crunch Almonds and a pinch of salt.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil and white wine vinegar just before serving.
