Ingredients for Gluten-Free Banana Bread:

 

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3-4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 3/4 cups gluten-free flour of your choice (e.g., oat flour)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Dash ground cinnamon 
  • Chocolate chips (as desired)
  • ¼ cup Original Daily Crunch Almonds

Directions for Gluten-Free Banana Bread:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  3. Add the gluten-free flour, baking soda, salt, and granulated sugar to the mixture. Stir until just incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips and Original Daily Crunch Almonds.
