Ingredients for Gluten Free Asian Inspired Noodles:

 

  • 2 Packages of rice ramen noodles 
  • 1 Package Asian Mix Veggies (broccoli, onions, green beans, peppers, mushrooms)
  • 1 tablespoons butter 
  • 1 Cup Chopped Chicken 
  • Tablespoon Garlic 
  • ½ Cup Green Onions 
  • Sprinkle Sesame Seeds 
  • 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Japanese BBQ Sauce 
  • ½-1 Tablespoon Spoon Sesame Oil 
  • ½-1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar 
  • Splash of Tarmari 
  • Sweet & Spicy Sichuan cashews and edamame

Directions for Gluten Free Asian Inspired Noodles:

 

  1. In a pan, melt a tablespoon of butter. Add the Asian veggie mix, chopped chicken, garlic, green onions, sesame seeds, Japanese BBQ sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and tamari.

  2. Sauté everything together until the veggies and chicken are warmed through and start to absorb the sauce.

  3. Meanwhile, cook your rice noodles according to the package instructions.

  4. Once the noodles are ready, drain and toss them into the pan with the sauce mixture. Stir well to combine.

  5. Finish by topping with extra green onions, sesame seeds, and a generous sprinkle of Sweet & Spicy Sichuan cashews and edamame.
