Cold Brew Coffee Overnight Oats are a delicious and energizing breakfast option for coffee lovers. This simple recipe combines the rich flavor of cold brew with creamy oats, creating a perfect morning meal. Moreover, it's incredibly easy to prepare, taking just a few minutes of your time the night before.

To begin, gather your ingredients, including rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and cold brew coffee. Then, mix these components in a jar or bowl, adding a touch of maple syrup for sweetness and a dash of sea salt for balance. Furthermore, you can customize the recipe by incorporating vanilla extract for an extra layer of flavor.

Once you've combined all the ingredients, seal the container and refrigerate overnight. As a result, you'll wake up to a nutrient-packed breakfast that's ready to eat. Additionally, the oats will have absorbed the coffee flavor, creating a harmonious blend of tastes and textures.

For added crunch and coffee intensity, top your oats with Daily Crunch Coffee-Soaked Almonds. Consequently, you'll have a satisfying meal that not only fuels your body but also satisfies your coffee cravings. In conclusion, this versatile dish can be enjoyed hot or cold, making it suitable for any season or preference.

Prep Time: 10 min

Fridge Time: 5+ hrs

Yield: 1 serving (1/2 of a mason jar)

INGREDIENTS for Cold Brew Coffee Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • Daily Crunch Coffee-Soaked Almonds
  • 1/2 cup oat milk, or milk of your choice
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cold brew (we love Grady's cold brew)
  • 1/2 - 1 tbsp maple syrup, depending on your preferences
  • dash of sea salt
  • optional: for a vanilla cold brew flavor, add 1-2 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a sealable jar or bowl and stir until well combined. Use as many almonds in this step as you please. We use close to a palm-full.
  2. Seal the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least five hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Open your fridge 5+ hours later and dig in! Can be served hot or cold. If desired, top with more of our coffee-soaked almonds (for that crunch) and a drizzle of maple syrup.
