  • Shallot 
  • Mint

  • Avocado 
  • Dressed with: olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt

Directions for Citrus Salad 

  1. Peel & slice your citrus, 
  2. Peel & cut your avocado. 
  3. Slice your shallot. 
  4. Assemble salad laying citrus on the bottom, then adding avocado, shallots, micro greens,Original Daily Crunch, and lastly mint leaves. 
  5. Dress with salt, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and honey + a pinch of salt.
