Looking for a recipe for your next get together? Grab a bag of Cacao + Sea Salt sprouted almonds and get to baking! These chocolaty cacao and sea salt dates are sure to be the talk of the night.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package dates
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Cacao + Sea Salt Daily Crunch Sprouted Almonds
- Flaky sea saltBe sure your dates are pitted
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice each one down the middle to create a pocket.
- Fill each center of date with desired amount of peanut butter and then 2-3 sprouted almonds.
- Melt down your chocolate chips with coconut oil to create silky consistency.
- Take each stuffed date and roll them in melted chocolate.
- Place each date on freezer safe plate/cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle sea salt atop each date.
- Freeze for 15 minutes. Enjoy and keep frozen!
