Apple Pie Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • I cup milk of choice 
  • ½ cup oats 
  • 1 ripe banana 
  • 1 Apple 
  • Tablespoon maple syrup 
  • Splash of vanilla 
  • Tablespoon Brown sugar 
  • ⅓ tablespoon Nutmeg 
  • ⅓ tablespoon Cinnamon 
  • ⅓ tablespoon All spice 
  • Spoonful Almond Butter 
  • Daily Crunch Spiced Chai Pear Sprouted Almonds

Directions Apple Pie Oatmeal:

  1. Bring 1 Cup of the milk of choice to a boil. 
  2. While the milk is boiling chop half of your apple into small cubes & mash a banana. 
  3. Once the milk has come to boil add in your diced apples, mashed banana, oats, maple syrup, vanilla extract, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, all spice, and then stir immediately. 
  4. Reduce the mixture down to medium heat and stir until the consistency & thickness you would like.
  5. Once the oatmeal has reached your preferred consistency transfer to a bowl. Top with sliced apples, almond butter, Daily Crunch Spiced Chai Pear Sprouted Almonds, and more cinnamon.
