Ingredients for S'mores

  •  2 cups Almond Butter 

  •  1 cup coconut sugar (or any sugar)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1tsp baking powder

  • 1tsp baking soda

  • About 1tsp vanilla

  • About 1 cup chocolate chips (I used dark & semi sweet)

  • About 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

  • Gf Graham Cracker

  • Original Daily Crunch

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350°
  2. Mix together almond butter, coconut sugar, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla.
  3. Chop your Original Daily Crunch and crush or chop your gf graham crackers. Then fold both those into the batter with the marshmallows
  4. Form dough into cookie shape-I made mine extra chunky this time (optional top w/ more chocolate chips + gf Graham crackers + marshmallows)
  5. Line baking sheet & bake for 10-12 min
  6. Allow them to cool before eating
